Quiet location, close to subway. Spacious executive king room with great view. Accommodating staff arranged affordable airport transfer. Excellent restaurant, rooftop bar with cool vibes. Perfect for first-time NYC visit.

The hotel has a great location to explore all of Manhattan island, with easy access to downtown or 5th Ave Museum district. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooftop bar and Covina breakfast were a delicious treat.

There were issues with the elevators at some point during a guest's stay, which meant taking the steep stairs.

It was definitely 4 stars for me: location and staff were good. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in New York.

Had a wonderful romantic escape in the heart of the city. Loved the convenient location, close to subways and within walking distance of everything we needed. the rooms were surprisingly quiet, providing a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. the staff was exceptional, with friendly doormen and helpful receptionists.

The rooms were smaller and not as glamorous as depicted on the website. Additionally, the air conditioning unit outside our room was quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep during the first night.

Well-maintained trendy boutique hotel with exceptional location up to central park. I loved continental breakfast, it was perfect. My compact room was pleasantly furnished and beds where very comfy. The stuff was brilliant, I had a very good experience. Nice lobby.

The venue is attractive, clean and the location is unbeatable not far from subways for both uptown and downtown and the Jazz Standard and Newark airport. Don't forget to explore Manhattan district.

The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly, professional, and attentive, providing great customer service. The breakfast is delicious and varied, and the cleaning service is top-notch. You'll feel like a valued guest, not just a client.

One minor downside is the occasional noise from garbage trucks in the early morning.

On many occasions, the cleanliness of the bathroom, while generally not bad, was also not excellent in the sense that the shower was not always clean and did not replace the soap or shampoo, even when these had been used in full. On the other hand, I would have liked the bar on the roof of the hotel to remain open until later in the day.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, as it was close to the subway station and within walking distance of many landmarks. The cleanliness was exceptional and the hotel facilities were great.

In principle it's a good hotel, the staff is attentive. It's a clean hotel and quite quiet.

In principle the location is not the best, the street is somewhat dark and although it is near the Empire State Building it is not completely central. The rooms are small, the bathroom is tiny.

The location of this hotel is amazing! It is in a great neighborhood, right near a subway station and many great restaurants. It’s easy to get to any tourist attraction from here. The staff here provided excellent service that anticipated my needs and made the stay smooth and enjoyable. They were very helpful and friendly with our every request. The leisure facilities such as free wi-fi and a fitness studio were great. I also loved the hospitality of the welcome drink and the fact that laundry service was provided.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The air conditioning system tended to work automatically and went from very cold to very hot. The windows in the room are blocked, there is no exhaust system in the bathroom and it is impossible to ventilate, so a lot of moisture accumulates when someone takes a shower. A pity.

The free Wi-Fi was a lifesaver, especially for my two young adults. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of during my time here.

The room at Park South was clean, stylish, and comfortable. I loved the modern amenities like USB sockets and a smart TV. The location was perfect, centrally situated and near a subway station. The restaurant, bar, and roof terrace offered great food and cocktails. The staff couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating, making me feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel.
